  • Bobi Rinehart named UAA associate vice chancellor for development

    Bobi Rinehart has been named the associate vice chancellor for development. Rinehart is a lifelong Âé¶¹´«Ã½n, who has been raising funds in the Pacific Northwest and Âé¶¹´«Ã½ since 1992. Throughout her career, she has raised government grants, private foundation gifts, ran annual campaigns, overseen capital campaigns and worked with many different types of major donors.

    The Âé¶¹´«Ã½ Legislature passed a citation honoring University of Âé¶¹´«Ã½ Southeast Chancellor Rick Caulfield for his many years of leadership and service to the University of Âé¶¹´«Ã½.

    Evon Peter has agreed to withdraw his resignation notice and will remain Vice Chancellor for Rural, Community and Native Education (VCRCNE). The current recruitment efforts for a replacement Vice Chancellor will be suspended.

  • Nycolett Ripley selected as UAF Human Resources Sr. Business Partner

    UA Chief Human Resources Officer Steve Patin announced this week that Nycolett Ripley has been selected to serve the University of Âé¶¹´«Ã½ Fairbanks as its Human Resources Senior Business Partner. In this role, Ripley will serve the UAF administration, staff, and faculty as a functional expert, liaison, consultant and point of contact in direct contact and coordination with the UA Human Resources Team.
