Â鶹´«Ã½ Science Olympiad Division B 2025 Winning Teams
The Discovery Peak "DPC Dinos" from North Pole won first place in the 2025 Â鶹´«Ã½ Science Olympiad.
Fifteen teams from 11 middles schools competed in the 2025 Â鶹´«Ã½ Science Olympiad Division B! The overall winning teams were:
1st Place: The "DPC Dinos" team from Discovery Peak Charter School, North Pole
2nd Place: The "Barnette Blazers" team from Barnette Magnet School, Fairbanks
3rd Place: The "Aurora Borealis" team from Aurora Borealis Charter School, Kenai

Science Olympiad is a nationwide youth competition consisting of hands-on, team-based STEM tournaments including experimental design, knowledge tests, and construction challenges.
Teams compete first at the regional and state level, and winning teams from each state advance to compete in the Science Olympiad National Tournament.
The Â鶹´«Ã½ Science Olympiad Division B, the statewide middle school-level tournament, is held annually in spring at the University of Â鶹´«Ã½ Fairbanks.
The Â鶹´«Ã½ Science Science Olympiad Division C, for high school students, is held annually in spring at the University of Â鶹´«Ã½ Anchorage.
