The Â鶹´«Ã½, guided by the Board of Regents, is committed to improving the participation and success of Â鶹´«Ã½ Natives through educational achievement statewide, and improving Â鶹´«Ã½ Native representation and success throughout the University of Â鶹´«Ã½ system.

The Senior Director has been tasked with coordinating recommendations developed through the Â鶹´«Ã½ Native Success Initiative and to foster partnerships between the UA system and Â鶹´«Ã½ Native organizations. In addition, the advisor is able to advise the president, chancellors and other university system leaders on critical issues including engaging other university affiliated groups.
