Cynthia Davila has been with Dermatology + Aesthetics聽since it opened in July 2007 and graduated from the University of Aesthetics in November 2007. She is currently a certified medical assistant and a licensed esthetician. Cynthia has worked directly with the physicians in clinic and carries over her years of clinical experience and knowledge into the aesthetics room. Cynthia specializes in all skin types and conditions ranging from acne to anti-aging.

Dr. Debra Babich served as a lieutenant in the United States Navy at the Great Lakes Naval Hospital in Illinois, before being promoted to lieutenant commander. She then had a clinical dermatology fellowship in skin cancer research at the Roswell Park Cancer Research Institute in Buffalo, New York. She completed her dermatology residency in 1999 at the State University of New York and has been serving the Illinois community ever since.

Allison received her diploma from St. John鈥檚 School of Nursing in Springfield, Missouri in 1994. For several years she worked as a registered nurse in acute care and emergency care areas before joining the field of dermatology in 1999. She then obtained her BSN in 2006 and her Masters in Nursing in 2008 from Graceland University. She loves dermatology for the patient encounters and having the opportunity to educate them about their diagnosis/condition and treatment. She is a member of the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC) and has received her certification as a Dermatology Certified Nurse Practitioner.
